Our guidelines are designed to make our platform a reliable resource for potential Limited Partners (“LPs”) to review and evaluate General Partners (“Sponsors”). We may revise these guidelines periodically, with your use of Invest Clearly governed by the most current version on our website. Please also review our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice and Data & Content Usage Guidelines as they contain additional requirements and disclosures for the use of our site.

General Community Content Guidelines:

By submitting content to Invest Clearly, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a minor; and if you are a minor, you received permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• You are the sole author of your content or have the necessary permissions to use other’s content and provide a non-exclusive license to Invest Clearly to use such content.
• You waive any “moral rights” you may have in your content.
• You are responsible for any content that you post, email, or otherwise transmit via or to our site, including but not limited to, the submission of reviews, product or service ratings, questions, text, video, photographs, graphics, audio, comments and any other material.
• You understand that you are participating in a public forum, and your content will be available for others to view.
• You understand your content may be used, republished, or distributed by us.
• You will comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides on the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
• Your content does not:
  • Harm minors;
  • Provide inaccurate, misleading or false information;
  • Impersonate any person or entity;
  • Violate any laws or contractual obligations;
  • Contain computer viruses, worms, or other potentially damaging files; or
  • Contain unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.
• You will not engage in unauthorized use or alteration of site content.
• You will abide by our terms and community standards in all activities.

Sponsor Guidelines:

• Invest Clearly regularly seeks sponsors from relevant commercial organizations and other leaders in the real estate and investment worlds. Our Sponsors enable us to provide more valuable content to you. We provide opportunities for our Sponsors to bring you their information and market their products and services by publishing their links on our site. In order to distinguish between Invest Clearly’s content and content created by our Sponsors, you will see such labels as: “Sponsored By”, “By (Sponsor’s Name)”, “From Sponsor”, etc.
• We will provide links to our Sponsor’s content and/or within the Sponsor’s content, you may see links to the Sponsor’s website. When links to a Sponsor’s site are included in its content, Invest Clearly may notify you that you are visiting their site.
• The Sponsor is responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of its content. Invest Clearly does not endorse any product or service belonging to the Sponsor. Sponsored content carries the copyright of either the named Sponsor or the rightful copyright owner.
• Encourage unbiased reviews and engage actively with LPs and other users.
• Utilize our tools responsibly for collecting reviews.
• Share review collection landing pages in secure, Limited Partner environments.
• Public sharing is discouraged to prevent fraudulent reviews.

LP Guidelines:

Authentic & Fair Reviews:

• Reviews should be balanced, realistic, and based on firsthand experience.
• Only review Sponsors with whom you have had a direct working relationship.
• Reviews from current or past employers or competitors are not allowed to maintain impartiality.
• Our moderation team rigorously examines each review for authenticity and compliance.

Community Participation:

• Use real identities and treat others with respect.
• Engage in meaningful and respectful community discussions.

Transparency and Compliance:

• Adherence to the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on online reviews is mandatory.
• Our algorithms for ratings and scores are based only on verified reviews and public data, uniformly applied.

Objective and Unedited Content:

• Review content is kept unaltered, ensuring the authenticity of each reviewer's voice.
• Ratings are free from subjective input or external influences. Sponsors cannot influence ratings, positions, or review visibility.

Review Editing and Rejection:

• Reviewers can update their submissions, subject to a second round of moderation.
• We reserve the right to reject reviews that do not meet our standards.

Incentives and Alerts:

• We offer incentives for honest reviews, not based on the sentiment of the review.
• Attempts by Sponsors to manipulate reviews will result in alerts and potential actions.

Advertising Guidelines:

Invest Clearly may accept third-party advertising on our site, which may include content, badges, banners, thumbnails, etc. We have sole discretion for determining which advertisements will be accepted and displayed on our site. However, the third-party advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of its advertisement(s).

Under no circumstance will our acceptance of an advertisement be considered an endorsement of the third-party company or for their products or services. We will not knowingly accept advertising that we believe is not factually accurate. Additionally, there are certain products or services that we will not permit at any time:

• Illegal, objectionable or dangerous products as determined by Invest Clearl
• Alcohol
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, fireworks
• Pornograph
• Fraudulent, deceptive, illicit, offensive, or misleading material
• Tobacco
• Any material designed or intended to attract children under 13 years old.
